READY TO SHIP
Our ready to ship collection are wigs that we currently have on hand, ready to ship units ship out the next business day after your order has been made.
Please be sure to read the sizing description to make sure the unit is your size before ordering.
All wigs are manually inspected by me personally for quality prior to shipping. Please allow 2 business days for processing and approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. If a wig is in stock, then it will ship right after payment processing. If a wig is not in stock, please allow a maximum of up 10 business days receive your unit.
RETURN / REFURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the type of product being sold, for sanitary purposes ALL WIG ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND FINAL SALE!! Please be sure of your Cap Size BEFORE purchasing, All wig sales are final and cannot be returned If there is any discrepancy, defect or any dissatisfaction with the order, You have up to 3 days after the delivery date to contact (The enchanted beauty bar email)
No refunds after 48 hours. Once your order is placed you have 24-48 hours to cancel your order & be issued a refund. Please send us an email with your reason for cancelation and we will go ahead an issue a refund if your order has not started processing & has not shipped out. Your order cannot be refunded once your order has shipped.
